MCS793X Series

The MCS793X Series Wi-Fi modules employ a well-known System on Chip (SoC) that includes an ARM® Cortex-M33 application processor, a low-power Wi-Fi subsystem supporting dual bands at 2.4GHz and 5GHz with 802.11a/b/g/n/a/ac/ax standards, a Bluetooth v5.0 subsystem, and a built-in Power Management Unit (PMU).

Clock Speed
The MCS793X utilizes an embedded ARM® Cortex-M33 microcontroller unit (MCU) that comes with a floating-point unit and can operate at clock speeds of up to 300MHz.

Advanced Technology
Advanced TDD WiFi/Bluetooth coexistence scheme and integrated balun, PA, LNA, and T/R switch.

Support
12 Direct Memory Access (DMA) channels, a 32kHz crystal oscillator for low-power sleep mode, and a 26MHz crystal clock that supports low-power operation during idle mode.

Security
Hardware crypto engines including AES, DES/3DES, SHA, ECC, TRNG for network and WFA, WPA/WPA2/WPA3 personal, WPS2.0 for Wi-Fi.

Power Management
Includes a high efficiency power management unit (PMU) and only requires a single 3.3V supply
